Plano Coach Says - This was our first conference game of the season. After the game on Tuesday against Hinkley Big Rock, the girls were looking to redeem themselves. We started the first half with 16 shots on goal with one goal being scored. We were dominating the play, but could not find the back of the net. Second half, Demetra Phylactos put a ball in the back of the net at the 49th minute. Her goal got the ball rolling and the team was putting on the pressure for the remainder of the game. Bradi Gann scored a beautiful goal, Arieanna Accidentale ended up with a hat-trick and Anna Jiminez also had a great goal. We have a few days of practice and then we hope to continue with this momentum into Tuesday’s game against Westmont.
